Social Service
Trillium Properties believes in community within housing complexes, and provides a variety of social services to encourage residents to be community partners. Some of the programs that have been implemented are: Resident Council, senior lunches, holiday and seasonal parties for senior citizens and children, neighborhood watch, D.A.R.E. Program, C.O.P.S Program, senior shopping trips, senior community center activities, and field trips for children.
