Trillium Properties works with the owner to prepare a realistic and detailed annual operating budget. Each month's financial statements are systematically reviewed, including; statement of operations, balance sheet and statement of cash flow. A management review report updates owners on the properties' operations. The company's bookkeeping system is entirely computerized, and includes specialized property management software for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, property reports and resident history. For subsidized properties the software interfaces with a system called One-Site, which produces the necessary paperwork on resident reporting and transmits directly to One-Site offices.
